Normally they are excellent with a quick turnaround and good prices and prompt delivery. This time it took the courier 3 attempts to deliver the order

Firstly thanks for the business as usual. You are right the carrier failed on first attempt but being aware you needed items for the weekend we upgraded you to a Saturday del at no cost to you and sent a back box FOC to one of your colleagues home address. The backup got through but the carrier said the main parcel was refused by security saying no one in the office on a weekend hence going to third delivery attempt. Thanks again for the business and next time we will spread your order over a couple consignments, just in case.
