Thanks for your feedback and I'm delighted to hear you love our products. Quick, reliable delivery is important to our customers, and that's why we use Royal Mail. We did try a cheaper alternative, but parcels got lost and items got damaged. Whilst Royal Mail is slightly more expensive we do feel that at £3.50 for 2-3 day delivery, this is comparable on price and much better on service levels. We do offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
