Hi Sian,
The No Justice tee that you ordered has been on pre-order throughout June. There is a note on the product page mentioning the expected delivery date being 3rd or 4th week of June.
However, our lead times on printing have been extended further due to Covid-19 as our printer has a limit on the number of staff they are allowed to work.
We are expecting the tees to be delivered to us next week. Apologies for the delay. I will be packing and sending your order as soon as the stock arrives with me.
I just wanted to check if you ha noticed the below note in red writing on the product page when you placed your order?
"This T-shirt is on pre-order. You can order it here and should be printed and dispatched around the 4th week of June. Printing is taking a lot longer than usual due to Covid-19 and it's possible they may not arrive until the first week of July. Thank you for your patience at this time. Stay safe!"
I realise it's a little irritating receiving a request for a product that has not yet arrived. Feefo doesn't take into account if an order is placed on pre-order. When you receive the t-shirt and if you like it, it would be massively appreciate if you would consider changing your review. I'm doing my vest best to offer the best products and efficient service that I possibly can, and the reviews are really import to the brand.
