Good afternoon, I’m sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your lavender plants and that you had to get in touch for an update. We aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, but occasionally unforeseen factors can cause delays. Lavender plants are usually sent as young plants, so it’s normal for them to be smaller on arrival and to take time before flowering, often not until the following year.
