How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Sorry that you had problems with one variety of plants. I'm glad that the others are doing well. I have replaced your plants for September despatch so that you can try again. As it's so late in the season I'd advise potting them on and keeping them in a coldframe or unheated greenhouse over winter. Give the plants which you've already planted in the garden extra protection over winter using a cloche or fleece to ensure they survive the winter weather. I hope that this helps. Kind regards, Anne

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to learn of your disappointment, we do advise that the time frame for delivery will range from 2 to 4 working days. We use couriers which work from Monday to Sunday so I can only apologise that these took longer than intended and therefore arrived poor.
