Thank you for your review of our Trachelospermum 'Variegatum'. I believe you are unhappy with the size of the plant we have supplied. Therefore I have refunded you for the full value of the plant (this will be reflected on your card statement in the next 3-5 working days). Packaging kills plugs

Most plants were damaged on arrival. The packaging system cut off the leaves of the plug plants. Whilst they weren't dead on arrival, they only lasted 3 days once potted up.
