How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Make the application of gift vouchers easier on customer bookings.

I had gift vouchers to apply to my booking, but I couldn't see how/if I could apply them. So I had to pay the full cost.

Pain having to print tickets

I haven’t got a printer so needing to print a ticket isn’t helpful or environmentally friendly

Thank you for your feedback. The print option is optional. As long as tickets can be shown on a mobile device it works as well.

That’s great, thanks. Not sure why it says on the info that you must print the tickets out otherwise you’ll be charged £2.50 at the theatre for this if you turn up without a paper copy .
