How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Poor communication

Poor customer service. Booking was fine but needed some info after there is no contact number and emails are very unresponsive.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see your emails were replied to on the same day and through the email exchange it seemed everything was clear. I'm sorry you were not happy about paying the difference for seats upgrade, we can't unfortunately do an upgrade for free.

Dishonest and misleading service with awful support specialists

Your service is dishonest. You sell cancellation insurance that is extremely vague and misleading.

Thank you for your feedback. The full terms of the cancellation protection are displayed when buying the tickets. Like with any insurance policy, the insurance company is going to ask for proof of not being able to attend the show.
