How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Never again! Shocking customer service.

Unhelpful. Ignored my e-mails when I was upset that I’d lost £60. Will never buy through them again!

What Jamie Doyle said about Theatre Tickets Direct:

Great price!

All the other theatre websites had increased their price but this website hadn’t and I found a 3% discount code and not fees! Really happy I found this website as it saved me money.

What Brett Smith said about Theatre Tickets Direct:

Not the best start

No the best start, as it took numerous emails to get the gift to my partner. Also I will never deal again with a company that has no phone details
