How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Easy to use

Quick and easy to book. The only feature I would like (or maybe missed) would be to choose a date for sending as a gift

What Trusted Customer said about Theatre Tickets Direct:

No fee booking. Best to use a laptop (issue with an iPad)

Relatively easy to book except on an iPad where the billing page was impossible to read, luckily we could switch to a laptop. Easy to redeem a voucher. Appreciated that there was no booking fee.
