As you ordered ‘Hedgerow’ by Hannah Nunn, we can advise that this particular pattern is designed to leave a gap, of either clear of frosted film, between the pattern and top of the panel. We do have an example photo when ordering so can only apologise if this was not clear. If you would like to discuss anything further then please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Many thanks for your feedback - We apologise you had problems with installation and can advise that air bubbles shouldn’t occur as soapy water is used to apply the film, however small water bubbles are common and will disappear when left alone. If you wish to discuss this further please contact a member of the team.
