Straightforward. The only downside was the delivery man came just as I was pulling into the drive and driver despite seeing me just left so I had to wait another day to have the product delivered....
Very helpful customer service, very quick delivery. Not their fault but Amazon payment system was not good - took payment twice. Company immediately refunded.

good website, tho had to jump through a few hoops to get what we needed ie: website suggested standard sizes, tho had to search and fill in sizes to get the standard
