We are sorry to hear you've experienced issues with the installation and can advise that it's not uncommon to see small bubbles immediately after fitting the film, these are caused by remaining water and should disappear over time. We are also sorry that someone has not been in contact sooner, we do pick up all messages a look to respond the same or following working day so I’m not sure what happened on this occasion but will certainly investigate.
