Superb selection of Villas. Very approachable to deal with. Great local knowledge and in house cook was superb. Garden and ambience at villa was wonderful and very relaxing experience

Whilst I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time at Marea, I am really sorry to hear about the issues with the air conditioning in the living and dining rooms during your stay at Il Cappero. Having spoken with our local team, I am pleased to hear that the units concerned were repaired two days into your stay and are now working properly, however we are sorry that these issues had a negative impact on your stay.

Eve, I regret to say that you’re getting inaccurate information from the local team. While a technician went to the house to work on the units, the problem was not solved during my entire stay. I'd bet that you’ll get more complaints from clients in the upcoming hot summer days.

We are all really pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time in Sicily with us and that Barbara was on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly during your stay. I am however sorry to hear that you were disappointed following your interactions with our London office. This certainly does not sound in line with the service we pride ourselves on. Due to extraordinary circumstances and movements, I can see you were in contact with an unusually large number of people for which we apologise. The €30 cook booking fee was introduced some years ago throughout our portfolio in an effort to minimise last-minute cancellation, however, this is certainly something we will be reviewing. Thank you for taking the time to send over your feedback.

the 30 E fee cd achieve the non-cancellation objective simply by making it refundable if cook not cancelled
