Thanks very much for the positive product review. Apologies again for the slight delay at US customs due to the importation forms sent to you by Fedex taking longer than expected. We have addressed this issue with Fedex to ensure that such delays in handling don't occur again on their side. We will also be more proactive in following them up. They are usually very good and quick but in this instance they could have done better. We'll push them to act quicker in future.
