Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to let you know that the thickness and softness are adjustable by removing some of the stuffing. There is a zip along the side to make the process easy for you. It may take a little trial and error but once you have it how you like it, you will feel some serious relief.

Recommended purchase by a skin specialist for an ear problem. Pillow was too thick, tipped neck too much, but removing foam allowed foam to settle unevenly in the pillow. Pillow was useless.
