Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Got this for my grandson, age 10; he loves it. His friends all read it too.

2nd year of subscription - speaks for itself. My daughter tells me, when it comes through the door on a Friday he takes it straight up to his room and is engrossed for the rest of the evening.
