Hi - I am really sorry but I cannot see any incoming calls from your number or any emails although you may be using a different phone and email from the ones you used to place your order. I can assure you the bag left us in perfect condition. It looks like a knife or other sharp tool has been used to open the box. I can see from the DPD delivery photo that the parcel has arrived in what looks like perfect condition although I cannot see the underside of parcel. Normally if DPD open a box for any reason it is resealed with DPD tape. When convenient please give us a call on 07963 174547 and we can try to figure out what has happened.
