Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Average and overpriced

I meant to rate it 3 star. The labels for the shoes were far overpriced and did not stick well the iron one were good although one came off in the wash the first time

Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear you felt the shoe labels were over priced as we try and make our labels affordable. I wonder if you placed the clear label over the top of the label that has the name on it as that should make it stay firm for a very long time and the clear label protects it from the foot rubbing the label and also seals it so it is waterproof and can be placed in a washing machine and dryer? Also the same for your iron on labels, they come with a lifetime guarantee and none should be coming off. I will give you a call and we can chat through the instructions.

I am so sorry if you felt the labels were a little too big. We have small and medium sized labels and the one you chose which is our Large printed sew on. If you would like us to change them to any of the smaller sizes please let me know as we want you to be happy with your labels.

We do really care Diane and actually when we reordered woven labels for you we doubled the amount free of charge even though we sent you the correct product in the beginning which comes with a lifetime guarantee and is not brittle, it is one of our top sellers.

The most important thing is that hopefully now you have a label that you are happy with and is just what you wanted for your granddaughter.

Unfortunately we only offer one line on the woven label that you chose and there is no option when you put in your sample for a second line so I wonder if when you were trying all the different labels if you confused it with our custom 2 liner?
