Hello, RoxanneFirstly, thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear you have experienced a problem with you Hawkmoto bike - I have just attempted to contact you regarding your review. I have checked both email boxes and offline chat messages, I am unable to find any email from yourself at all.This does sound like a technical issue so therefore the best and quickest way for us to deal with this is via email, if you could send a email containing your order number, a brief description of the issue you describe and a video/photos of the issue you are experiencing if possible and we will get back to you asap to help you with this. We are committed to resolving any customer problems but if we DO NOT know there is a issue - we cannot really help and leaving service 1 star reviews for this is not really fair if we have not been made aware of a issue and given the opportunity to resolve. Could I also point out - the service request is based on our customer service and not the product, there is a separate review request for the product itself. In this section you should comment and review - if we processed your order quickly - was it received quickly? Did we keep you updated on the progress of your order?

Hello, Iwan, thank you for your review, looking at the order details you did indeed place your order and paid for next day delivery, however I would like to point out that: A: You placed your order on the 4th of May (A BANK HOLIDAY) You may or not be aware that firstly we are closed on bank holidays and couriers will not deliver or collect on bank holidays - therefore this would not be dispatched on the 4th of May and you order would be processed and dispatched on the next working day which was Tuesday the 5th of May. B: We did indeed process and dispatch you order on a 24 hour service upon returning to work on the 5th of May as you can see from the tracking information provided by Parcelforce. The item was collected and delivery was attempted on the 6th of May which is the next working day from the 5th of May. The delivery failed on the 6th of May - therefore Parcelforce re-attempted delivery on the 7th of May. C: To summarise - based on the accurate and factual information given above - we did fulfil your order based on the service you requested and no refund will be issued of postage as this was clearly stated over the bank holiday weekend that any orders placed over the bank holiday period would be processed and dispatched from the 5th of May. Apologies if this caused you any confusion, we do try and make the information as clear as possible.

We do have a email from yourself reporting a issue with the glow plug - which we replaced for you, but have no further emails from yourself in regards to any further issue. Our opening times are on our contact us page, if you are trying to contact us out of our working hours - you can leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible - from our records no answer message has been left by yourself.
