Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Called to give feedback but no reply and tried again today. The service I received was average whilst arranging a special holiday on the Orient Express to Venice. Unfortunately this turned into further disappointments with planning errors and follow up, despite me making contact on numerous occasions to correct. We are also planning a safari to Botswana but shall not be using this company to handle our 35k budget.
