Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your comments with regards to your recent booking with The Luxury Holiday Company. We are sorry that you feel we have been slow with our response rate, however having investigated this there was an initial delay due to the flights requested being outside of booking range (travelling in January/February 2020). In addition we are still waiting on some hotel availability. I, however am confident that your consultant Alison has kept you up-to-date throughout this process, however my sincere apologies if we have not met your expectations.
