Upon review of this case we understand that you have questioned whether we would consider the transportation costs to be a form of proof purchase. Unfortunately this cost in no way substantiates the price paid for the pet.

You mention that your sister purchased your pet for you as a gift, if you can obtain the proof of purchase directly from her then you would be eligible to claim under these sections.

In response to your comments regarding the 'Death of Pet' and 'Theft and straying' cover; these are core sections and offered as an overall package they cannot be tweaked to reduce premium.
