Good morning, Thank you for your review! Strictly speaking, a new policy application is completed for each additional pet. While a multi-pet discount is applied, the policies remain separate. The difference in premium is likely due to the online application being over a lunar monthly period, whereas the policy incepted was over a monthly period.
