So far so good my son uses this company for his 3 dogs so i thought i would give it a try. The price was acceptable as well but the proof will be in the eating if i need to claim and next years...

Thank you for your positive review Mr Smith, we understand the point you raise 'you only know how good an insurer is when you make a claim' - we are currently turning our claims around (if we receive everything) within 5 working days, so our service in this respect is excellent. Although we hope you're fortunate enough not to actually have to claim.

In terms of premiums, they can go up, come down or stay the same at renewal, but in reality, we will not know what will happen to your policy until the time of the annual review occurs.

I sent one email to your general enquiries and one to the lady that contacted me directly months ago when I took out my first policy for my first cat. no matter, as I'm very happy with the service but would add if you haven't had my emails it might need looking in to? I've had both policies for both cats and a good service other than that. ..and would recommend.
