How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Had to change over policys gave me my money back straight away.. customer service really good

Brilliant

Brilliant service, had to make a claim due to pet's sickness. Claim form was easy to complete vet did the rest. Money in the bank within a week. Would recommend and that's why I insured second pet.
