We can see that your date of birth has defaulted on the policy when we've input your details from the leaflet you sent us. The date of birth is then required to log into the 'My Emporium' section of the website. As your date of birth had defaulted it didn't recognise your details when attempting to log in.

We will be investigating this further to prevent such service happening again. We appreciate that this doesn't alter the service you've already received and we apologise unreservedly.

Your date of birth has been updated should you need to access your details in future.

The excess is dependent on a number of factors such as the age and breed of the pet plus a number of other things, as such, this can vary between policies which is why we'd need to take some details to establish the appropriate excess - we wouldn't want to get it wrong :-)
