Like any business we are reluctant to make any changes unless they are necessary; but ultimately we have to regularly review our policies to ensure we are receiving sufficient premium to cover the increasing claims experienced. Despite the increases, you will find that our renewal premiums are still competitive when comparing them to premiums offered at new business with other insurance providers. Our premiums should be and normally are consistent withe each other irrespective of whether you get the quote online or over the phone. We'd appreciate any feedback by email - feedback@emporium.co.uk. Our systems are designed to recognise multiple policies and in this event normally add the mult-pet discount automatically. We're sorry to see that this didn't happen but we're glad to see that Peter in our Customer Contact Department sorted this for you yesterday. In regards to viewing the documents we're really unsure as to why you aren't able to view them on your computer, we understand you reported a similar issue on your other policy. Our records confirm these are being downloaded without issue, we can view them on our computers without issue too. We've printed some hard copies and popped them in the post. Please take this response as acknowledgment of your emails regarding the above document issue. We can see these were received less than 24 hours ago - we aim to respond to emails within 48 hours.
