Who insures a horse for £5

I asked for insurance of £5000, when the policy arrived it said the horse was insured for £5. Of course they then wanted to up the payment.

Good morning, We're sorry to hear you feel this way. From what we can see we received an application from our website where the sum insured was input at £5.00. Our Customer Contact Advisor has matched the sum insured to the same as the purchase price to quote the new premium. However, it does appear that the purchase price differs from the amount detailed in your review. A member of the Customer Contact Department will contact you to make the necessary amendments.
