Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear of your comments. We would be unable to change the start date of the policy, once the payment had started collecting as of 19th August 2025. To have a policy start from 1st September 2025, we will need to cancel the current policy, and set up a new policy with the correct date. This is because once a policy is active, it will effect any potential claim moving forward from the date of inception. Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear of your comments. In terms of the claims process, we make clear that we are unable to assess a claim without all relevant documentation. This includes a full completed claim form by you and each attending vet, related invoices and complete medical history. Once these were received, the claim was paid 5 working days later.
