Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear of your comments. Through the moneysupermarket aggregator site, our yearly Lifetime Palladium Policy is on offer for £6,000 cover limit in total for ALL conditions per year at £138.62. However, when you selected your insurance policy at the time of coming through to our website, the cover you selected was our Lifetime Silver policy that covers you for £4.500 cover limit for EACH condition per year, therefore the premiums and terms offered were different based on your selection.
