First time we had tried this cheese . It is gorgeous and somewhat unique, with a refreshing slightly citrus taste ,soft and melts in the mouth . Will be re ordering .

An exceptional cheese. Looks beautiful on the table. It has a delicious, rich nutty flavour which is quite hard to describe. It pairs very well with champagne - Taitinger goes really well.
