The Beauvale was out of stock so Murray substituted it for a beautiful Gorgonzola, it was quite strong and piccante. Tasted even better when left at room temperature for about an hour. Lovely cheese.

I expected a softer cheese but this was quite firm , nice and creamy again great on crackers but melted well on crusty bread . A nice cheese .

Really good strong flavour , great on sour dough crackers, not the normal type of cheese that tickles my pickle but really pleasantly surprising taste , will buy this one again.
