What Trusted Customer said about The Edinburgh Natural Skincare Company:

Web fine, otherwise lacking

Website was fine. Called the shop to complain about a quality issue and no answer on multiple occasions. Sent an email and no response. Delivery was okay, item condition was very poor.

Delivery packaging not up to the job

I ordered six items and when delivered the package had been tampered with and one item was missing, whilst I am sure this was not wholly the fault of ENSC I would say that the package was not well...

Wonderfully fragranced products

The products are wonderful, delivery took a little while but with the Coronavirus issues, this wasn’t a big surprise. I’d definitely recommend!
