Was bad enough getting 400 quid knocked of the quoted price because the paper work was not in order yet to then be hounded by the deal and then debt collectors because you couldn’t even square away...

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I can see we purchased your car over a year ago in April 2018 and the vehicle was paid for on the day at the point of collection. As we are purchasing a vehicle there should not be a reason for debt collectors to ever be involved in any transaction for The Car Buying Group.
