We are however deeply apologetic that you feel you are not yet satisfied with your treatment, and we will do our upmost to ensure this is resolved. The protocol we follow regarding payment is as standard but of course if this is something you would like to discuss in clinic then we are more than happy to do so. Our practice manager Hayley has tried to get in contact with but unfortunately has been unable to do so. If you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us.
