How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very helpful

I don't like booking on line - so Chris was good enough to answer all my questions and take the booking over the phone. Very helpful and his knowledge of the property was invaluable.

Simply amazing property in the perfect location.

We have stayed in St Anthony's cottage three years in a row, and have booked for 2017! It's that special, that good. The location is excellent, and the accommodation is very comfortable and inviting....
