Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. We have noted this with the sales agent and will make sure we're clearer that the full balance is due when booking. When a booking is only a few days before the start date we have to check we can confirm spaces as often hotels used on trips may not have spaces available, this can sometimes take some time which we appreciate is frustrating. We really do our best to get trips confirmed ASAP and I am sorry in this case we weren't faster. Hope to see you again in future and have a merry Christmas!
