Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. The back of the hat is elasticated so it does have some stretch but is not fully size adjustable, we apologise if the description was not very clear on this. We would be happy to arrange the return of this hat and offer a refund or exchange.

I have sent a letter , saying the colours are wonderful, but it is so much smaller than I imagined, I know he sizes were mentioned in their description, when it is used as a neck scarf the pattern...

Happy with Tresoro's service
I bought the birthstone pendant for my granddaughters birthday. I was very pleased with it, so dainty, and it was delivered in good time. I would certainly buy from Tresoro again.
