We have to rely on third party hauliers collecting goods, obviously on this occasion they have not been quick enough and we will investigate into why this has happened. I apologize for the quality of the glazing on the tiles that were supplied. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every tile has a flawless finish, however we are always happy to replace damaged goods. Good afternoon Tom. I am very sorry to hear of this experience that you had. Unfortunately our deliveries are carried out by Palletways, a UK Pallet network, who are not employed as our staff, however this is no excuse for rudeness. Our delivery policy is to deliver to the nearest kerbside location, as described here: http://www.targettiles.co.uk/delivery-and-returns I will pass on this feedback to our couriers, who will hopefully action this complaint.
