Courier issues
Great product but dreadful delivery service by DPD, so as long as you use DPD I wont be ordering anything else. You need to change your couriers.

Thanks for your feedback, our sincere apologies this was delivered to an incorrect address and thanks for your help in resolving this, it is much appreciated. We have a number of different couriers we work with depending on the goods bought and I am sorry you had a less than perfect experience with DPD on this occasion. We hope you will give us another try in the future!
