Hi there, You will appreciate this review is the first time we heard of an issue. We contacted you the same day and gave you the proof of delivery for your order from the Royal Mail. As you claimed the Royal Mail had in fact not delivered, we sent a replacement. This replacement has also been scanned as delivered by the Royal Mail, giving us a date & time of delivery. We hope that this does not reflect a 1 star service as the Royal Mail are saying they have completed the delivery of not only the original but the replacement too. We are very sorry for your review.
