Hi Janice - thank you for your review but I have to say I am horrified by your comments as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service! 😞 We always aim to reply to customer queries within 24 hours, so I fear something has gone wrong. Can I ask where you sent your query to? I'm afraid that it must have slipped through the cracks somehow, as we cannot seem to locate your message anywhere! I can only apologise for this error with our communication AND our mistake - we will be refunding your order immediately.
