No communication and poor customer value
by telling me when my product had arrived, by dealing with a fault that occurred after only two weeks clearly, by telling me the status of my returned watch... in the five weeks after my online...

I received some wrong goods and had to return the parcel which was complicated and the service was not super when they had to refund my shippping costs.
