Thank you for providing feedback to Sykes Cottages, we take feedback from customers very seriously and where possible we use them to improve our procedures and the service we offer.
We regret that on this occasion we were unable to deliver a quicker response on key collection details for the property. Unfortunately having investigated further we are unable to ascertain what the cause of the delay was in this instance. In some cases owners are simply unable to be reached, when this happens we aim to be as supportive as possible in getting communication established between the customer and the property owner.
