How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Switchcraft is an automatic switching service - upon signing up, customer grant ongoing permission for us to switch them between energy suppliers, (roughly once every 12 months).
