We are so pleased you enjoyed your trip with us, many thanks for leaving your review. In terms of the boat support, for most of the swims (aside from the Guixols swim and the swim event day) we didn’t need the powerboat because of the almost one-to-one guide ratio, kayak cover, traffic free swim lanes and easy access and exit points. That being said, we do apologise if this caused you undue concern, and we have taken this into consideration for future trips. We very much hope to be able to swim with you again soon.

Many thanks for leaving feedback about your trip. We’re sorry about the small group this time around. Unfortunately, we had three last minute cancellations and it is our policy not to cancel trips once people have booked - we would rather run a trip with a small group than disappoint customers and having to take a holiday off sale. In terms of boat support, based on the group's swimming ability,  excellent weather conditions, guide ratio (two guides to three swimmers) and the traffic-free sea lanes, we were confident using a kayak as support for some of the swims during your trip. Obviously boat support was provided for the St Guixols and the 8km swim day. This being the case, we will certainly take your feedback on board for future swims.
