I'v rated it this high because I had a damaged tank sent to me and with in a day or two I had a replacement sent out very good customer service

Still waiting for a reply to my email dated 27/10 about a pump I have still not received after over 3 weeks despite it showing in stock at the time of order.

I have been using Swell UK for my aquarium salt for over six months now. Their prices are better than most retailers and delivery is next day. Packaging is also good having not had any damaged goods...

They are consistently fast in their response to orders and the orders have always been correct.
