Some of the plants have now recovered extremely well. I am now hopeful of getting some strawberries. I have now changed my star rating from 1* to 3*.

I am very sorry to hear about the condition in which your strawberry plants arrived and the disappointment this has caused you, particularly after the care you have already taken in planting them on. This is certainly not the standard we expect, and I completely understand how upsetting it must be, especially when comparing them to healthy plants seen elsewhere.

I did this review weeks ago and your only just responding, not good enough, you have also sent a voucher which given you have sent this today and is only valid for today is quilte frankly disgraceful, dont bother. With regard to the plants I was able to salvage I only had 9 that survived.
