Most plants were dead or dying when they arrived but could be down to packaging at site or poor handling by post office

Hi Naomi
Thank you for getting back to me but as well as being given the money back I was promised a free set of 60 plants at know further cost once they arrived.
I saw plenty of adverts both on my email and FB do must of been plenty of new arrivals.
It is obvious too late to receive some free plants so this is just for your information.

Yet to be decided, i am still disgusted with the product and will be very much more mindful about purchasing from Sutton's in the future.

Received as expected ,had the same order last year and the plants were better ,this year not as good ,several of the plants have died .

Sent my response on 12/04/26 and you have only just responded 6 weeks later not a very good customer care response , the amount of plants that survived was about just over 50 % I know they were good value for money but not impressed with condition of the plants
